At airport arrival our personnel will assist both for customs formalities as well as baggage claim.
Departure by deluxe minivan or private limo to Florence and Mugello .
Arrival in Vicchio and accommodation in deluxe suites or reserved rooms.
All rooms are different and perfectly match the original architecture of the building, they are furnished with authentic antiques , prints, paintings and extraordinary fabrics.
Candle light welcome dinner in the Villa’s main dining rooms or on the magnificent terraces .
DAYS 2-4
Falconry school:experience , real or simulated, hunting with a falcon .
How this bird of prey is bred, it is trained and it is managed. Flight demo with or without actually practicing a real gamehunt .
The breeder uses falcons of the greatest quality.
Excursion, in antique coaches with horses , through the Tuscany countryside to visit small medieval villages, Giotto’s house and the spectacular hills.The coaches used are from Break Wagonette, six to sixteen seats, to the large Grand Break de Chasse, the elegant ceremonial coaches as the Milford, the fantastic twowheelers Gig upto the most modern competition-like, Marathon.
Horses are Lusitani, Tolfetani, Bardigiani and Lipizzani
Cooking school: a very famous journalist from Alice TV and main character in a well known cooking show, will teach how to prepare the most famous Tuscan courses ie: crostino bagnato, the ribollita, the old style peposo or the medicean zuccotto.A sommelier will explain and suggest which wine will have to pair with every course.
Everyday, after going grocery shopping in the most famous markets in Florence, we’ll prepare one or more recepies.We’ll cook the course which will be then served for dinner.
Concerts: a pianist, a tenor, a soprano will entertain evenings with lyrical music as well as typical Italian pop.
Vertical Tastings: wine tastings of the most famous Brunello, Chianti, Nobile, Bolgheri and Bolgheri Sassicaia. A specialist of one of the most famous Italian wines guide will have you approach the knowledge and appreciation of the greatest Tuscan wines.
